The staff are caring and professional at all times. They respect each child as an individual and encourage them to grow, explore and learn in ways that the child can direct and that are interesting. Our daughter's creativity exploded when she started at Coastlands and the teachers have really encouraged and embraced her interests. Every parent wants their child to be cherished and respected and I think the staff do this in a way that still maintains professional standards.
The staff are willing and try to use te reo Māori and Māori learnings in the preschool. They are helping to build future citizens of Aotearoa and our whanau thank them for their commitment and hard work.
